Evaluates production forecast feasibility from the supply chain perspective. Identifies at-risk supply scenarios before they become line stoppages — turning reactive firefighting into proactive planning. Built directly inside the Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform stack — the same environment analysts already work in, not a tool bolted on from outside.
Decides whether planned supply of a car part can be enhanced to meet order demand. A two-phase build: Power Automate and Office Scripts handle the data-gathering and calculation as assistive tools for the analyst; a Copilot Studio agent then orchestrates them into a single end-to-end workflow — automating what currently requires manual cross-referencing across multiple sources.
I'm a Mechatronics Engineer who spent 12 years at the heart of automotive electronics manufacturing — designing, building, and owning the production systems that put vehicles on the road. That foundation gives me something most AI transformation leaders lack: genuine operational credibility with the people on the floor and the stakeholders in the room.
My core delivery was a vehicle commissioning platform spanning multiple clients, servers, shopfloor devices, and inter-system integrations across facilities in Mexico, Spain, Germany, and China. That work made me fluent across the full industrial stack: from embedded systems and automotive protocols (CAN, DoIP) through networks, RFID, IoT, and into software and data.
Now I lead at the intersection of manufacturing expertise and AI — identifying high-value transformation opportunities, building the AI systems to address them, and driving adoption across complex OEM organizations.
